In my own words i think this means that you cannot do something wrong like for example smoking marijuana and think your doing something right. and if everyone is doing it and its something wrong which it is in this case you cannot be wrong by choosing to not follow on what everybody is doing and if you don't  follow them you are doing something right for like once. i think there are multiple examples and it can be anything not just this like if your taking a test and you know everyone cheats i don't think you would do it to. that's just basically what the quote is like trying to tell you. even if the whole class is doing it that is wrong, even if you think "oh well everyone is doing it so why can't i?"
its still i bad thing and so you have to be the tiger in the class and stand up for yourself and choosing to not follow them. that is all i have to say on this quote.
