Duties and responsibilities:  it includes overseeing staff and personal, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies and facilities.

Salary: they make between $97,219- $121,161

Education: in order to become an nursing home administrator you have to get an bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. However some only have an masters in long- term care administration. 

Demand or need: the statistics shows that the percentage grows by 17% by 2024
